Version 0.13 (September 21, 2026). This version is in force from its date. Changes since version 0.12 (September 18, 2026): section 2 states that the country of the request and of the payment is checked automatically against the admitted-country list (Terms, section 4) and that this refusal is the only automated decision. Changes of version 0.12 since 0.11 (September 16, 2026): Creem Inc. is the sole payment provider (merchant of record) and billing is active (sections 2 and 5); the provider table states where each provider processes data (5); international transfers rely on your consent and on each provider's contractual safeguards (6); requests about your data are answered within 10 business days (8); the controller is identified on request (1 and 15). This English version is a courtesy translation; the Spanish version is the governing one.

Summary

What we collect. Your name, email address, the channel you chose (email / Telegram), your Telegram chat id if you connected it, your language, the version of the Terms you accepted and when, the signals we sent you and when your personal link was last opened. We do not collect your capital: the amount you enter on your page stays in your browser and is never sent to us. We do not store payment card data (payments are processed by the payment provider, Creem Inc., as merchant of record).

What we use it for. To deliver the Service (sending signals), to answer you, to keep a record of consent, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or share personal data for advertising, and we do not track you across sites.

Providers. Cloudflare (website and database, global network, US/EU), Zoho (email, US/EU), Hetzner (server that generates and sends the signals, Germany), Telegram (only if you chose it, under your own relationship with Telegram), and Creem Inc. (payments, as sole merchant of record, US). Data may be transferred to the United States; we rely on your consent (Argentine law) and on the providers' standard contractual safeguards.

Devices, country and marks. Each delivery carries visible (your name) and non-visible marks that tie it to your subscription, and we count how many distinct devices open your link each day and from which country, using an irreversible identifier derived from your network and browser with a random daily key destroyed after 48 hours. We never store your IP address or your full browser identifier (user-agent) in clear; we keep a number per day for 90 days and the country of each opening for 48 hours. For the devices you authorize we do keep, in clear, the device name reported by the browser (for example, "iPhone · Safari"). The same irreversible identifier (network, daily key, 48 hours) is used on the access request form only to limit repeated requests from one network. When an access request is made and when a payment is started we also check the country it comes from (the two-letter code reported by the network; not your IP address) against the admitted-country list in section 4 of the Terms: a request or a payment from a non-admitted country is declined on the spot, and of that request only the country and the language are recorded, with no name or email. That is the only automated decision; any other decision about your subscription is reviewed by a person, and we tell you first. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legitimate interest (abuse prevention); you may object (GDPR art. 21).

Retention. While your subscription is active and, after it ends, 12 months for most data, up to 5 years for the record of your acceptance of the Terms and as long as tax law requires for billing records (up to 10 years in Argentina); you can ask us to delete the rest earlier.

Your rights. Access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability and objection; withdraw consent; complain to your supervisory authority. Write to [email protected]; we answer within 10 business days. Residents of the EEA/UK: we have not designated a representative in the EU for now. California residents: Ecliptic Alerts is not a "business" under CCPA/CPRA thresholds; we nevertheless honor access and deletion requests, we do not sell or share personal information, and we do not respond to Do Not Track signals because we do not track.

Governing text. The full Policy is the Spanish version on this page. Residents of Argentina: see the Spanish version for the statutory notices (Ley 25.326, AAIP).
