Summary of what matters most

What Ecliptic Alerts is. (Until 16 September 2026 the Service was called "Meridian": same service, same system, same operator.) An impersonal financial publication of general and regular circulation: every US market day, after the close, we publish the buy and sell signals generated by a mechanical trading system (fixed rules, defined in advance, no discretionary decisions) on US-listed stocks and ETFs. The signals are the same for every subscriber and are expressed as a percentage of capital.

What Ecliptic Alerts is not. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice; not a personalized recommendation; not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. Ecliptic Alerts does not know your situation, does not manage accounts, does not hold or receive client money, does not execute trades and has no access to your broker. Ecliptic Alerts is not an investment adviser and is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Comisión Nacional de Valores (Argentina) or any other regulator. Nothing in the Service creates an advisory or fiduciary relationship.

Who can use it. Adults (18+) using it for themselves, not for third parties or to provide services to others, who reside in one of the admitted countries: the United States, Canada, Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Panama, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua and Venezuela. The Service is not offered to residents of any other country or territory (in particular, not to residents of the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, Australia or India, or of any country or territory under comprehensive sanctions), and nothing on this site or on our channels is directed at them. The list follows each country's rules on the distribution of financial information and the conditions of the payment provider, not nationality or any other personal condition; it may change with the notice in section 18. We check the country from which access is requested and paid for (Privacy Policy, section 2): requests and payments from non-admitted countries are declined automatically. By requesting access you declare that you reside in an admitted country. If you obtain access by misstating or concealing your real country of residence, we may terminate the Service immediately and decline new requests from you; the part of the period already elapsed is not refunded and the guarantee in section 7.2 does not apply. If you move to a non-admitted country, you must tell us; if we learn that you reside in a non-admitted country, we terminate the Service. In both cases we refund the proportional part of the paid period not yet elapsed. Checking that you may receive this information, pay for it and trade these instruments where you live is your responsibility. Ecliptic Alerts may accept or decline access requests without giving reasons.

Your personal link works as a password: do not share it. Each subscription is for one person. Up to two authorized devices; a new device needs a 6-digit code sent to your email and a third one replaces the least recently used. For each authorized device we keep a random identifier, its name (for example, "iPhone · Safari") and the date of last use. We count how many distinct devices open your link each day and from which country (country only), without storing your IP address or your full browser identifier (Privacy Policy, §2).

Plans. Free month (30 days from sign-up, no card), monthly plan (US$ 99 per month), yearly plan (US$ 990 per year) and free access by invitation. Published prices include any taxes applicable in the subscriber's country: the announced amount is the total charged. Launch price of the yearly plan: anyone who signed up by December 31, 2026 pays US$ 899 for the first year of the yearly plan; that plan renews at the then-current yearly price (today US$ 990), stated on the payment screen, in the payment confirmation email and in the renewal notice. Current prices are shown on the site and on the payment screen when you subscribe; a price change applies only from the next renewal, with at least 30 days' notice. Billing is handled by a single merchant of record, Creem (Creem Inc.), as shown on the payment screen: it sells you the subscription, issues the invoice, collects applicable taxes and processes refunds. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; we email you, with the amount to be charged, at least 30 days before each yearly renewal and at least 3 days before each monthly one. Cancelling a paid plan is a scheduled cancellation: it stops the renewal, you keep access until the end of the period already paid, then signals are paused; during the free month or with invited access, cancellation is immediate. Within 14 calendar days of the first charge of your first paid subscription you may request a full refund of that charge (the full yearly charge on the yearly plan), no reason required, by writing to [email protected]; once per person, not for renewals, plan changes or re-subscriptions, and access ends on refund. Otherwise cancelling does not refund the rest of the current period. Consumers in Argentina may also withdraw within 10 days of contracting by writing to [email protected]; if the consumer law of your country grants you a non-waivable withdrawal or refund right, we honor it to the extent that law provides.

Free trial. It lasts 30 calendar days from the date you were given access; the end date is in your welcome email and on your personal page. No card, no charge: if you do not choose a plan, nothing happens. We notify you before the end and the day after. After the trial ends you still receive the signals of the first market session after the end date; then the signals are paused until you choose a plan. While paused, no signals are sent — including the sell signals for any positions you hold; those positions are yours and are not affected. Your personal page remains available with the last notice sent. If you choose a plan during the trial, the trial ends at that moment and the paid period starts on the payment date.

Your responsibility. Every trading decision — whether you trade, when, how much and at what price — is yours, executed by you in your own account. You are responsible for your taxes and for complying with the laws of your country.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecliptic Alerts is not liable for trading losses or for any indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of the Service. Nothing limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your state or country.

Personal, non-transferable licence. Signals are licensed to you personally, to trade your own account. You may not forward, share, publish or resell them, or your personal link, to anyone, free or paid. Each delivery carries visible (your name) and non-visible marks that identify it as yours. If you share your link or redistribute signals we may replace your link, warn you, and — on repetition, or immediately if the redistribution is public or for money — terminate your subscription with immediate effect, with no refund of the current monthly period (annual plans are refunded for full months not yet started, except for public or commercial redistribution). We may also ask platforms to remove the content and claim damages. Whoever redistributes the signals is solely responsible to the people who receive them.

Compensation. We receive no compensation from any issuer, broker or third party for any signal.
